Cracking Christmas at CB2
CB2 Bistro is proud to state that last Christmas we were able to successfully host over 28 Christmas parties per week. We had an intriguing menu offering rustic global cuisine with all items freshly prepared and homemade. The customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive and we had great fun custom tailoring the ambience and sometimes quirky desires for each party.
This year, we have decided to further expand our Christmas menu, offering a wider selection of items that we feel will prove to be very interesting and exciting dishes.
We at CB2 Bistro are a sincere group of people who understand the importance of enjoying what little free time there is left over after our busy schedules, so our priority is to ensure that when you choose to spend your free time at CB2 Bistro, your experience takes place in a relaxing and friendly environment, and that you enjoy great food and personal treatment.

There are still Three months before Christmas 2007 and already CB2 is taking bookings for the occasion. Most of our regular guests have already made their reservations, and as much as we would like to host thousands of guests, we can only take the appropriate number of bookings in order to ensure the good service and quality of food that CB2 Bistro is known for. We would therefore like our Christmas 2007 fine-dining menu to be seen as soon as possible by yourselves with the intention to offer you the most suitable date to book your party at CB2 Bistro.

Thin slices of smoked salmon dressed in cracked black pepper, lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Served with roquette salad garnish.
Chicken Liver Parfait
Chicken liver parfait served on a bed of salad with spiced apple chutney, balsamic syrup and toasted focaccia.
Char-grilled Vegetable Terrine (V)
A terrine of red, green and yellow peppers with red onion, wrapped in courgette and aubergine.

Salad of parma ham, sun-blushed tomatoes, char-grilled haloumi cheese,

Christmas Turkey Roulade
Roulade of turkey, apricot and chestnut stuffing, cranberry jus, roasted chateau potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Muscat Rib-eye Steak
Rib-eye steak with wholegrain mustard whipped mash potato, seasonal vegetables, baked shallots and a creamy muscat sauce.
Forest Duck (£1.00 extra charge applied for this dish)
Breast of duck oven roasted, accompanied with a forest fruit and cabernet shiraz sauce, roasted new potatoes, caramelised pear and cumined carrots.
Mille-feuille de Champignon (V)
Horse mushrooms layered with goats cheese, caramelised onions and sun-blushed tomatoes, sat on a bed of roasted pine nut and basil mash Served with a red pesto sauce.
Honey Nut Squash (V)
Butternut squash with honey roasted cashew nuts, served with lime crème fraiche and vegetable salad garnish.
Sea Bass Fillet with Potatoes Ecrasees (£1.00 extra charge applied for this dish)
Pan fried fillet of sea bass sat on top of crushed new potatoes with tomato concasse and fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables and a delicate herbed sauce.

Traditional Christmas Pudding
Served with brandy infused cream.
Chocolate Profiterole Gateau
Cream filled profiteroles drenched in a chocolate ganache and arranged on a chocolate sponge base, finished with chocolate shavings and icing sugar.
Forest Fruit Brulee
Sweet pastry case filled with a vanilla brulee topped with forest fruits bound in a raspberry glaze.
Sorbet Selection
Blueberry and lemon.
